  • Must B.com with Tally certified course in MSCIT 

  • Experience below 3 years 

  • Place of work : Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. 

 

Preferred: 

  • Making Sales Invoices & Purchase registers & store in software accurately. 

  • Handling customer queries through mails & calls. 

  • Maintain all records : vouchers, receipts, bills & payments. 

  • Bank Reconciliation, payment recovery, vendors payment, through mails & calls. 

  • Monthly GST working, TDS working, PTRC working. 

  • Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors & Purchase Order’s. 

  • Maintain Petty cash. 

  • Prepare salary statement with PF & ESIC details. 

  • Weekly reports like cash inflow, & outflow, outstanding reports, Sales summary. 

  • Checking ESIC & PT compliance. 

  • Helping Manager in finalization. 

  • Good hands on Tally. 

Network and Connectivity Engineer (closed)

Must know: 

  • We are looking for a Network & Connectivity Engineer (L2 Support) to implement, maintain, and support our growing network operations center, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. 

  • Candidate must be located in Navi Mumbai. 

  • 1-2 years hand-on experience required.​

Preferred: 

  • Managing customer expectation for all links / Networking work regarding BB / ILL / MPLS. 

  • Understanding customer requirements & configure Link from primary to backup. 

  • Follow-up for down call with ISP. 

  • Update data base with link details. 

  • Follow-up for customer satisfaction. 

  • Knowledge of MPLS / VPN / BSNL. 

Support Executive
(immediate opening in Hyderabad location)

Responsibilities: 

  • Should be well versed in handling the daily operations activity. 

  • Provide Functional support over phone whenever required 

  • Work on Improving First Contract Resolution for Global Service Desk, manage end to end incident lifecycle, ageing of incidents and vendor escalations 

  • Online diagnosis and investigation via remote access applications and providing quality information, providing solution and routing requests or issues to the appropriate support teams, as required 

  • Relay information updates on IT service disruptions / outages to customers

  • Problem solving skills; Strong thinking process with ability to apply/implement solutions within team.

  • Experience in similar service-desk profile which involves Incident Management & functional troubleshooting preferably in Retail domain. 

  • Ensure the Discount Tire internal processes & procedures are adhered.

  • Working towards meeting the defined SLAs for all metrics

  • Maximize customer satisfaction through effective solutions delivery

  • Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Tickets /Voice-mails

  •  Prepare & Manage reports on the tickets handled and other tasks  

  • Should possess excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills, inter-personal skills  Should have wide exposure in customer & client interaction

  • Must possess Problem Solving and Analytical Ability 

 

Preferred: 

  • Candidate has to from Hyderabad only.

  • Good listening skills 

  • Complaint management skills 

  • Flexible to work in shifts to cover multiple time zones. 

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Proven commercial aptitude with good customer service skills 

  •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work under pressure. 

  •  Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment. 

  • Organized with good attention to detail.
