Relationship Manager
(immediate opening)

Description : 

  • Asian Infotel Pvt. Ltd. Relationship Manager will be a professional to be maintained strong customer relationships with existing customers.

  • She will on board new customers & while acting as a Project Manager will achieve customer experience (Sales) & customers satisfaction.

  • She will seek out additional Business opportunity which advising them on Asian Infotel Pvt. Ltd. All Products & Services that best fit their needs.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Building positive relationship with customers.

  • Assist with generating new Business, Identifying offer for better profits.

  • To be a congaed between AIPL internal departments & customers individual staff.

  • Identify Key staff in client companies to develop profitable relationship.

  • Develop a quick response mechanism to co-ordinate & resolve customers complaints with in tat.

  • Master up sales & cross selling opportunities with customers.

  • Will aim with reserved customers & renew long term contracts.

  • Gain solid knowledge of Competitor & pass it on to sales HoD.

 

Must Have:

  • Graduation in any skills.

  • Experience as a customer relationship Manager.

  • Excellent command over written & spoken English.

  • Experience in independent drafting of mails is essential.

  • However should have defend intimation for said media & internet based skills.

Network and Connectivity Engineer (closed)

Must have: 

  • We are looking for a Network & Connectivity Engineer (L1 Support) to implement, maintain and support our growing network operations center, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. 

  • Candidate must be located in Navi Mumbai. 

  • 1-2 years hand-on experience required.

Preferred: 

  • Managing customer expectation for all links / Networking work regarding BB / ILL / MPLS. 

  • Understanding customer requirements & configure Link from primary to backup. 

  • Follow-up for down call with ISP. 

  • Update data base with link details. 

  • Follow-up for customer satisfaction. 

  • Knowledge of MPLS / VPN / BSNL. 

Digital Marketing Officer

  • Digital marketing using website, Linkedin, EDMs

  • Designing digital marketing material

  • Calling customers for lead generation

  • Converting suspects to prospects and prospects to potential customers
