System Engineer
(immediate opening)
Responsibilities:
-
Maintaining internal office systems and LAN setup along with ISO compliance.
-
Handle installation, setup, and configuration of office IT systems and software.
-
Maintain system updates, security patches, and antivirus solutions.
-
Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
-
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT support and maintenance activities.

Maintaining CRM application.
-
Configure, customize, and maintain CRM based on business requirements (vTiger preferred but not necessary).

Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide timely support to users.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify process automation opportunities.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across systems.

Ensure IT infrastructure compliance and documentation.​​
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in system administration and CRM configuration (VTiger preferred).

Good understanding of CRM workflows, IT systems, and security practices.

Familiarity with software installation, network configurations, and antivirus management.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Chief Business Officer
(immediate opening)
Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement the company's overall business strategy, aligned with its vision and objectives. Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape in government, global, and BFSI markets with projections for 3 years.

Market Expansion: Analysing industry trends and market demands to expand into new customer segments.

Product Development & Management: Collaborate with product development teams to identify market needs, develop new product offerings, and manage the product lifecycle. Ensure product alignment with market trends and customer requirements.

Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with industry players and principles to expand market reach, access new technologies, and drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CBO or similar position in the IT or telecommunications industry.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and business transformation.

Support Executive
(immediate opening in Hyderabad)
Responsibilities:
-
Handle day-to-day IT service desk operations and provide functional support via phone.
-
Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle — diagnosis, resolution, ageing, and vendor escalation.

Improve First Contact Resolution (FCR) and ensure adherence to SLAs and internal processes.
-
Perform remote troubleshooting and route issues to appropriate support teams.
-
Communicate IT service disruptions/outages to customers promptly.
-
Maintain and prepare reports on tickets, calls, and related tasks.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication (verbal & written) skills.

Prior experience in incident management and troubleshooting (preferably in Retail domain).
